CIO: Day 3

Progress. Three wake ups during the night, and each time she went back to sleep on her own, without parental intervention, within five minutes. I, of course, woke up at regular intervals to wonder why she wasn't awake, and although she slept until 6am, I was awake at 5:20 wondering when she would wake up. Such is the life of a nursing mother. But it gave me time to lay in bed and finish my book, a real treat. It's hard to believe we could really be getting off this easy with the crying it out... if this turns out to be a short and boring set of posts on sleep training, you won't mind, will you?
